Collection Point is our new service which allows prescription collection 24/7. The prescription collection service allows you to pick up your repeat prescriptions at your convenience for free. They can be accessed securely inside the pharmacy (during opening hours) or outside the pharmacy 24/7.
Signing up to the use the Collection Point is very easy. Sign up below and we will take care of the rest. You can also pop into your local Day Lewis Pharmacy to sign up today.

Once you have signed up, a message will be sent to you when your medicines have been placed into the secure collection machine. Your message will include a unique pin number.
When you arrive at the machine, follow the on-screen instruction:

Yes, the Collection Points can be accessed in selected pharmacies during opening hours (so no need to wait in the queues), or outside the pharmacy 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing you to collect at your convenience.
The machines have been developed to ensure your safety and the safety of your medication. You can only access the Collection Point with the unique pin code (which will change for every collection) sent to you and your date of birth. Keep this information safe.
Only share your unique pin code and date of birth with individuals that you trust to access your medication. Ensure that they keep your pin code and personal information safe.
Your medicines will stay in the Collection Point for up to 7 days. You will be sent reminder text to collect your medication(s). If you have not collected your medicines after 7 days, you will be sent a final text letting you know that your medications have been removed from the Collection Point and are available to collect from the pharmacy counter (during pharmacy opening hours).
If you cannot find your pin code, you can call the pharmacy and the team can re-send the code. Alternatively, pop in and the team will retrieve it from the Collection Point for you.
Certain prescription items cannot be collected from the Collection Point. Please speak to your pharmacist for further information.
