Directions for use: Adults and children aged 6 and over to unscrew the outer cover from the base of the Olbas Inhaler nasal stick, close one nostril, place the inhaler in the other nostril and inhale deeply. After use, wipe the stick with a tissue and replace the cover. May be used up to 4 times per hour.
