The wellbeing our colleagues is of the upmost importance to us, mental health affects the emotional, psychological, and social well-being for all individuals. We acknowledge it affects how we think, feel, and act and that itself differs from everyone. We have Mental Health Champions that our colleagues can talk to in confidence as well as working in partnership with Health Assured – our Employee Assistance Provider which our colleagues can speak to in confidence. We also have a Health & Wellbeing strategy focussing on all aspects of health and wellbeing, recently launching wellness boxes for all sites.
Upon joining Day Lewis all employees receive a comprehensive induction to ensure they get the best start. We support our Pharmacy teams through their Pharmacy qualifications; provide internal and external classroom training, a World Class Manager program and online training and development opportunities.
