Day Lewis is a fantastic place to develop skills that will last you a lifetime and will support your career goals. Your Qube / Skills 4 Learning Skills Tutor will take you through more of the details, but here’s a quick overview of our Apprenticeship Programme:
Duration: 12 months, with a further three months to complete the End of Programme Assessment (EPA).
Delivery: The Programme will be delivered through a blended learning approach, with a mix of monthly tutor visits, assignments, observations, online learning and on-the-job development.
Gateway: Prior to undertaking the EPA, you, your Manager and your Tutor will agree if you are ready for the EPA. Mock activities will be completed as part of the EPA during this stage.
End Point Assessment (EPA): This will consist of a 30-minute test, a two hour on-the-job observation and a professional discussion. This is designed to confirm that your team member has achieved the required level of knowledge, skills and behaviours to achieve their Qualification.
Every week our team of apprentices are growing. Our Apprenticeship offering is constantly growing and in the coming months we are looking to introduce: Express Delivery, Warehousing and Retail Management Apprenticeships.
