Here at Day Lewis, we offer lots of autonomy and decision making as a Pharmacist Manager. We look to recruit Pharmacists who not only possess excellent clinical skills but who have great commercial awareness and business acumen as this is key to the future of community pharmacy.
As a pharmacist working for Day Lewis, every day is different. As well as the amazing front line services you will provide, there is the opportunity to get involved in the wider business. This could be supporting our in-house Foundation Training Programme/ Newly Qualified Programme, writing PGD’s to be delivered to the teams, joining specific community/company-based projects, or developing your career in other ways such as the IP Qualification.
Starting your career within Day Lewis can be as a Trainee Pharmacist, Relief Pharmacist, Pharmacist or Pharmacist Manager. All are extremely integral roles to the business, and we have a varying level of experience and expertise in these roles. We also have a team of Teacher Practitioners and Regional Pharmacy Managers, who take on extra responsibilities within the business to broaden their experience and development.
What sets us apart is that we have strong values shown within everything we do, we nurture experience whilst encouraging growth and development.
