Electronic prescriptions and collection

We offer a full range of prescription medicine services, including electronic repeat dispensing, prescription collection and support with any new medications. If you have any concerns about a recent change to your medication, such as starting a new course of treatment or changes to your existing treatment following hospital discharge, our friendly medical team are on standby to help. Furthermore, you can make use of our disposal service to get rid of your old medication. Simply return your unwanted or expired medicine to our pharmacy and we can dispose of it on your behalf.

Pharmacy First Service

From the 31st of January 2024, your local Day Lewis pharmacist can treat you for seven common conditions without you needing to visit your GP. Under the NHS Pharmacy First Service you can be treated for urine infection, sinusitis, ear infection, impetigo, sore throat, shingles, and infected insect bite. Our highly qualified pharmacists can provide over the counter or prescription treatment for these conditions.
